We have started on a brand new project at 54 Claymore Drive near Bloor and Islington. We will be putting a second story on, while completely renovating the first floor and doing a slight expansion of the footprint of the house in order to connect the garage and house.
As usual, we start with kitchen design - so while our architectural technologist, John Culmone, finishes the construction drawings, the owners and I will be putting together our construction plan. Stay tuned!
